JUNE

6/2 – Chicken Fajitas – blackened chicken, peppers and onions, Spanish rice, black beans, flour tortillas, street corn salad

6/9 – Boneless Pork Chops w/ maple glazed peaches, green beans almondine, rosemary potatoes, chopped salad

6/16 – Mediterranean Chicken – seared chicken breast w/ Kalamata olives, peppers, grape tomatoes and zucchini. Rice pilaf. Greek salad

6/23 – Baked Cod Oreganata- herbed bread crumbs, orzo salad, marinated cucumber & tomatoes

6/30 – Shrimp Boil – andouille sausage, red bliss potatoes, corn on the cob. Coleslaw, arugula salad
